Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How does it all work?

A. It's quite simple really. You make an order for your clothes, we contact you and ask you for your measurements, we wait for you to pay (either by bank transfer or PayPal), we make and ship your order.

Q. How does Shipping work?

A. There are TWO alternatives you must choose from: Registered OR Priority. Registered costs more, but has a tracking number so if it goes missing in the post we can find it and therefore we can accept full responsibility for the package getting to you. Priority is the same as First Class. Fast and much cheaper but no tracking number, the postal risk is yours. We select Registered for you by default, but for example, the minimum charge for Registered is around 8 euros no matter the weight, that doesn't make much sense on a small order. So you might like to pick Priority at the order payment stage!!! Please note that we have not had delivery problems with any of our worldwide orders, Registered or Priority!

Q. How can I pay?

A. There are two methods; bank transfer or PayPal. PayPal accepts most credit and debit cards. If you wish to make a direct bank transfer, you select this when you order, then the account details will be sent to you. You must make the bank transfer yourself!

Q. Do you accept US Dollars / British Pounds?

A. Yes we do! You can select your currency in the box on the left hand side, along with your language.

Q. Can I return my clothes if they don't fit?

A. If you gave us the measurements we requested, and the clothes do not fit, you may return them as faulty items (see: Defective/Faulty items) This is our mistake and we will therefore take responsibility for postal costs.

If you did not give us your exact measurements, you have 5 days from receipt of your clothes to contact us and arrange return under our standard return policy. You are responsible for postal costs and postal risk. (see: Returns)

Q. I ordered [product] in orange, but now I changed my mind. I want a different colour. Can I change it?

A. Yes, you have 5 days to change your mind and contact us to return it. You are responsible for postal costs and postal risk. (See: Returns) After this time we will not accept returns.

Q. How long will it take for my clothes to arrive?

A. To avoid disappointment, we advise 4 weeks. Most times this is less! If you have some special date coming up that you need the clothes for - contact us and we'll tell you if it's possible!

Q. Can you make it in [insert your favourite colour]?

A. Probably! - Check out our Colour Chart. We try to find fabrics that most closely match your desired colour.

Q. How do I know what size to order?

A. When you submit an order, you will receive an e-mail asking for you measurements. This way you don't have to worry about what size to order. You can also take a look at our standard sizes here: Sizes
