The following terms regulate the relation between you as a customer and Senjo Clothing when you purchase from our web-shop, Senjo Clothing.
All clothing is designed by and copyright Senjo Clothing.
All prices stated are in Euro (or your selected local currency) and are inclusive of Tax.
All orders must be paid in advance (prior to shipping).
We accept the following payment methods:
Direct bank transfer:
When you make your order, you will receive an email with the bank details. You must then make a money transfer of the total amount to our account. Please make sure you add the order ID or your email address on your payment! Once we see the payment has been made, we will make and ship your order. Please note that you are responsible for possible transfer costs. Within the EU it is usually free, but ask you bank for more info.
Credit Cards / PayPal
We accept credit card payments securely online through PayPal where your Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovercard are accepted.
- Using PayPal is free for you, we pay the card processing fee (which is why we prefer direct bank transfer! ;) )
- You do NOT need a PayPal account to use their service, but you DO need a valid email address and credit card.

"When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant" (i.e. Senjo Clothing).
4. Order processing and Shipping
Our goal is to ship your order a soon as possible after the payment is made. If there is any item out of stock we will contact you. Custom orders will take longer, depending on circumstances, but this we will tell you about discussing your order per email.
If you for some reason have given us the wrong address, or neglected to claim you package, you are responsible for the extra postage costs including the return of the package.
If you live outside the EU, you might also be charged customs fees and taxes, this is your country own import rules and we cant do anything about it at all. Please contact your local customs office for questions regarding this, since the fees depend on where you live.
Late delivery will not constitute a breach of contract and Senjo Clothing will not be responsible for any consequential loss.
There are three postal options:
Registered mail (FedEx)
This gives you a tracking number and Senjo Clothing will take responsibility for you receiving your order. After your package has been shipped you will get an email confirming the shipment with your tracking details.
This is cheaper, but does not include a tracking number and we cannot take responsibility for receipt of your order.
This option is only available for orders above 250 euro, we use FedEx for this shipping method.
The customer has the right to return an unused and undamaged product within 5 working days and get the refund as store credit.
If so, please contact us immediately with an explanation and specification of the order you want to return. Customers who wish to return a product are responsible for postal costs both ways. If you send the package from outside the European Union please remember to make sure you DO state that the reason for the shipment is returned goods, and DONT state the value of the package, otherwise you might be held responsible for the customs fees on the way back.
Saleitems are not returnable!
Customs designs are non-returnable.
We reserve the rights to make price and term adjustments.
Since our designs are made on very small scare, please allow smaller changes in the design, colours and fabrics from the pictures.
When the shop is closed for holidays or any other reason this will be stated on the Home Page and a date will be given when orders will be processed.
