The following terms regulate the relation between you as a customer and Senjo Clothing when you purchase from our web-shop, Senjo Clothing.

All clothing is designed by and copyright Senjo Clothing.

It is possible to request other changes in the design, just ask! When we receive your order, we will send you a email to confirm it and we can let you know what is possible.

1. Sizes

All the Items are handmade to order, so they will be customized to your own size. To be sure of perfect fit, add your own measurements in centimeters in your customer details. Note; If your measurements fall below of above the standard measurements, please let us know before ordering. Some models can not be altered to these sizes, or we might have to charge you for the extra time it takes us to alternate the pattern.

   

2. Prices

All prices stated are in Euro (or your selected local currency) and are inclusive of Tax.

3. Payment

All orders must be paid in advance (prior to shipping).

We accept the following payment methods:

Direct bank transfer:

When you make your order, you will receive an email with the bank details. You must then make a money transfer of the total amount to our account. Please make sure you add the order ID or your email address on your payment! Once we see the payment has been made, we will make and ship your order. Please note that you are responsible for possible transfer costs. Within the EU it is usually free, but ask you bank for more info.

Credit Cards / PayPal

We accept credit card payments securely online through PayPal where your Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovercard are accepted.

• Using PayPal is free for you, we pay the card processing fee (which is why we prefer direct bank transfer! ;) )
• You do NOT need a PayPal account to use their service, but you DO need a valid email address and credit card.

"When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant" (i.e. Senjo Clothing).

4. Order processing and Shipping

Our goal is to ship your order within 2-5 weeks depending on how busy we are. When we receive your payment, the order will be made and sent as soon as possible.

Note, if you for some reason have given us the wrong address, or neglected to claim you package at the post office, you are responsible for the extra postage costs incuding returnal of the package. If you live outside the EU, you might also be charged customs fees and taxes, this is your countrys own import rules and we cant do anything about it at all. Please contact your local customs office for questions regarding this, since the fees depend on where you live.

Late delivery will not constitute a breach of contract and Senjo Clothing will not be responsible for any consequential loss.

There are three postal options:

Registered mail (Extra Zeker)

This gives you a tracking number and Senjo Clothing will take responsibility for you receiving your order.

Priority mail

This is cheaper, but does not include a tracking number and we cannot take responsibility for receipt of your order.

Free Shipping

This option is only available for orders above 250 euro, and we will send the package registered to you. You do have to choose the Free Shipping alternative yourself though since this is not automatic.

5. Returns

The customer has the right to return an unused and undamaged product within 5 working days and get the money refunded as credit note.

If so, please contact us immediately with an explanation and specification of the order you want to return. Customers who wish to return a product are responsible for postal costs both ways. If you send the package from outside the European Union please remember to make sure you DO state that the reason for the shipment is returned goods, and DONT state the value of the package, otherwise you might be held responsible for the extra customs fees on the way back.

Sale items are not returnable!

Customs designs are non-refundable, but we will of course work on the piece until you are happy with it. :)

6. Defective/Faulty items

If you receive the wrong order or a defective item from us, please contact us immediately in order for us to correct the mistake. The customer has the right to return an unused and undamaged product within 5 working days and get a new item or the payment refunded as credit note. Customers who return a defective item are responsible for postal risks but not postal costs. If you send the package from outside the European Union please remember to make sure you DO state that the reason for the shipment is returned goods, and DONT state the value of the package, otherwise you might be held responsible for the extra customs fees on the way back.

If you gave us your exact measurements, and the item is not these sizes, this counts as a defective item.

If you did not give us your exact measurements and the clothes do not fit, you may return them within 5 days (see above: Returns) but this is not covered by the Defective/Faulty item policy.

Customs designs are non-refundable, but we will of course work on the piece until you are happy with it. :)

7. Misc.

We reserve the rights to make price and term adjustments.

Since our designs are custom made, please allow smaller changes in the design, colours and fabrics from the pictures.

When the shop is closed for holidays or any other reason this will be stated on the Home Page and a date will be given when orders will be processed.
